By accessing and using Barcelona Dreams Tours services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Full payment is due at the time of booking for tours under €200.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Tour Modifications

Barcelona Dreams Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative dates or full refunds will be offered.

5. Liability

Participants join tours at their own risk. Barcelona Dreams Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property. Travel insurance is recommended.

6. Age Requirements

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some tours may have specific age restrictions for safety reasons.
